Institutional Accountability & Policy
Justify utilizes worker experience and community insight to push labs and professional bodies toward greater transparency and responsibility. This includes informed entry, opt-out pathways, open letters, policy engagement, and public campaigns.
Bridge-Building
Justify connects people and groups often separated by fear, distrust, or stigma. We build pathways between lab workers, advocates, scientists, NAMs experts, mental health professionals, policymakers, and rescues so worker voices can shape broader change.
